Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, and your balance may be forfeited.

• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

Users will be given as much notice as possible before an account is closed. Any real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded.

• Losses caused by issues with the user's own device.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
